Shipping & Delivery Policy
Keong Saik Bakery delivers freshly baked pastries, cakes, and catering boxes across Singapore. This page sets out our delivery areas, fees, lead times, and self-collection options.
1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver islandwide within Singapore only. We do not currently ship overseas or to PO boxes.
2. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the postal code of your delivery address. We use a 3-zone model relative to our flagship at 70 Bendemeer Road:

3. Free Delivery Threshold
Orders with a subtotal of S$120 or more qualify for free delivery islandwide. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
4. Surcharges
An additional S$8.00 surcharge applies to certain restricted areas where delivery requires longer routing or access permits:
- CBD & Tanjong Pagar (postal prefixes 01–08, 17)
- Tuas (postal prefixes 60–64)
- Changi (postal prefixes 49, 50, 81)
- Sentosa (postal codes starting with 098)
The surcharge is shown alongside the base fee at checkout before payment.
5. Lead Time & Cut-off
All orders require a minimum of 2 days' advance notice. The earliest available delivery date is automatically displayed in the checkout calendar based on your order contents and the current date.
Some products (whole cakes, large catering bundles, festive items) may require longer lead times. The required lead time per product is shown on the product page.
For urgent same-day or next-day requests, please contact us on WhatsApp +65 9021 9626 before placing an order — we will confirm whether we can accommodate the request before payment.
6. Delivery Windows
Our standard delivery windows are 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and 1.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. on weekdays. You may select your preferred window at checkout, subject to availability. We aim to deliver within the chosen window but cannot guarantee a precise time.
For corporate / catering orders requiring delivery before a fixed event time (e.g. a 9.00 a.m. board meeting), please leave a note at checkout or contact us in advance so we can plan our route accordingly.
7. Self-Collection
Self-collection is available free of charge from our two stores:
- Flagship Store: 70 Bendemeer Road, #01-03, Singapore 339940
- Outlet: 44 Jalan Merah Saga, #01-42, Singapore 278116
Select "Self-Collection" at checkout and choose your preferred store and pickup time slot. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for collection.
8. Delivery Confirmation
Once your order is dispatched, our driver may contact the recipient via the phone number provided at checkout. Please ensure the contact number is monitored on the day of delivery.
If no one is available to receive the order at the address provided, our driver will leave the order at a safe spot at the door, lobby, or with a guard / receptionist where reasonable. Keong Saik Bakery is not liable for losses arising from unattended deliveries to addresses provided by the customer.
9. Failed or Refused Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed because the address provided is incorrect, the recipient is unreachable, or access is denied (e.g. condominium without prior arrangement), the order will be returned to our bakery. A redelivery may be arranged subject to product freshness and an additional delivery fee.
Refunds for refused deliveries are at our discretion and only apply where the order has not been opened or tampered with.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
