Customer Service:
- Show the warmth of hospitality at Keong Saik Bakery by welcoming every customer as a part of our family.
- Introduce and explain our products to customers with enthusiasm, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
Product Management:
- Ensure that bread and cake displays are always fully stocked and visually appealing.
FOH Duties: - Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring high standards of quality.
- Heat up pastries and make kaya toast.
- Prepare sandwiches, French toast, and other simple mains.
Cafe Maintenance:
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the cafe at all times.
- Wash dishes and keep kitchen areas spotless.
- Regularly sweep and mop the floor.
Growth Opportunities:
- Learn and grow with us by exploring various skills such as content creation, graphic design, marketing, or B2B sales.
